Production Coordinator for vibrant Production Team required. Role is focused around the day to day management of London office administration inc. scheduling and budgeting.

You will be the point of contact for operational responsibilities, including:

  • Insurance
  • Kit hire
  • Crew hire
  • Locations, permissions
  • Liaising with external vendors and the internal legal team
  • Distribution of production documentation (scripts, call sheets, etc)
  • Organising travel and accommodation (where necessary)
  • Purchasing: managing production, post production, office supplies and expenses
  • Schedule management: booking shoots into the production calendar, co-ordination of producer schedules across different video series and projects
  • Helping to create and develop production documents
  • Helping with studio and location shoots
  • Wider team support
  • Contribution to Global Team processes

Skills Required: 

  • Proficiency with Google docs, Sheets, Presentations, Keynote, Google calendar
  • Ability to prioritise and a level-head under pressure
  • Exceptional organisational and strong written, verbal and digital communication skills
  • Highly collaborative, very detail focused, enthusiastic and eager to achieve team goals
