We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our event production team onsite at our client's headquarters in Mountain View, CA. This role provides hands-on coordination support for our clients executive event production needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as liaison between events production team and other supporting teams
  • Create and update event documentation 
  • Manage events calendar updates
  • Analyze event data and publish metrics
  • Administer client surveys
  • Assist in website updates
  • Catalog event photographs
  • Regularly attend team event production meetings
  • Record and publish meeting minutes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in event production
  • Ability to interface with both technical and creative members of the event production ecosystem
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to take a service-oriented approach to this position, with a desire to help clients achieve their best result
  • Responsiveness to queries a must, with updates and follow-through
